  1. Pastor Bushiri’s church, The Enlightened Christian Gathering, has been accused of removing corpses of stampede victims at one of its branches across South Africa, before police arrival. The church said its action was negligent and it has suspended one of its own following the evacuation of the three bodies. The bodies were taken to a mortuary without the presence of police on Friday. A case of defeating the ends of justice was opened by police against Bushiri’s Enlightened Christian Gathering church. Lawyer and church spokesman Terrance Baloyi said: Three congregants died on Friday night and nine were injured during a stampede at the church’s gathering at the Tshwane Events Centre in Pretoria West. Baloyi said Bushiri went to the scene on Saturday after he was informed about the tragedy. He said the church had its own emergency services and qualified nurses and doctors. According to police, the congregation members started pushing each other to avoid a storm. Police spokeswoman Captain Augustinah Selepe said a case of defeating the ends of justice was opened.
  2. A young lady’s demonic hairstyle has been condemned by the pastor of a church who called her out among other congregants at the place of worship. The lady was captured spotting a braided hairstyle with a yellow hair attachment, which made her a center of attraction among the crowd. According to reports, the unidentified lady’s demonic hairstyle was a code in the spirit and she probably had a mission in the church. The pastor reportedly admonished her over her fashion sense. A Nigerian Facebook user identified as Treasured Mercy, took to the social media to share pictures of the young woman while criticizing ladies and urging them to stop wearing artificial hair in this new year.
