  1. A young man was apprehended earlier today after reportedly stealing a female underwear in Lagos. It was gathered that the yet-to-be identified young man, was nabbed after stealing a pant which is allegedly belongs to his sister - for suspicious reason best known to him. The young man who was suspected of stealing the pant - was forced to strip off his trouser after being caught by residents in Oshodi area of the state. The boy was later handed over to the police. This is happening after the Nigeria Police Force said it cannot investigate the stealing of pants for spiritual purposes because there is no evidence.
  2. Friends and colleagues have taken to social media to mourn the loss of a young soldier who was killed by armed bandits. The deceased soldier identified as Jamilu Zaria, was reportedly killed recently during a battle with armed bandits in Zamfara state. Meanwhile, armed bandits on Monday attacked Wonaka, Ajja, Mada, Ruwan Baure, Doka, Takoka and Tudun Maijatau, all under Gusau Local Government Area in Zamfara. According to reports, over 20 persons were killed while six others were kidnapped in the process.
  3. A young cult leader who has been terrorizing some residents of Enugu state has been finally busted by the police. The Police Command in Enugu State has arrested a notorious armed robbery suspect, Chibuzo Agu, who it says had been a thorn in the flesh of residents of Oji River in the state, NAN reports. The Police also recovered a gun and a cartridge from the suspect. The state’s Police Public Relations Officer [PPRO], Ebere Amaraizu, said in a statement on Monday in Enugu that Agu was arrested on January 27. Mr. Amaraizu said that the suspect was apprehended by a combined team of police operatives of the Oji River Division, Neighbourhood Watch Group and National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) operatives in Oji River axis. “It was gathered that Agu, 23, from Amokwe in Udi community but residing at coal camp had allegedly on Jan. 27 at about 8:30 a.m. on gunpoint led his other notorious gang members to where they had allegedly snatched and stolen a new motorcycle from the owner at Wonderful Market. “However, the alarm raised prompted a hot chase of the suspect and his gang members by the combined team of the police operatives, Neighbourhood watch group and NDLEA operatives in the area. “The ‘hot chase’ and trace, however, paid off as the suspect was later arrested at Umuabi in Udi Local Government Area of the state, while a manhunt and search for other fleeing members of the gang had been intensified,’’ he said. The police spokesman said that that the suspect had been helping police operatives in their investigation in relation to his cult leadership (Capone). “The suspect is also being interrogated over other high profile cases of cult activities in Enugu metropolis and 9th Mile Corner axis including assassination, armed robbery, and kidnapping,’’ he said.
  4. Police have arrested four men for allegedly stabbing a man, identified as Shuaibu, of Maitumbi in Bosso Local Government Area of Niger State to death for exposing their nefarious activities. The suspects, Hassan Mohammed (20), Buhari Hassan (19), Nura Hassan (22) and Mudasuru Abdullahi (25), all from Maitumbi, were trailed and arrested by the operatives of Minna Special Armed Robbery Squad on a tip-off. It was learnt that the thugs stabbed the victim for allegedly reporting their dangerous activities to residents of the area. Shuaibu was beaten up by the thugs, before he was stabbed in the stomach thereby causing him to bleed to death. Policemen stormed the area, arrested the suspects at their meeting point and recovered the knife which they used in stabbing their victim.
  5. A young man has been caught on camera engaging a masquerade in a flogging contest in front of villagers. A video has emerged online showing the moment a young Nigerian man engaged a masquerade in a flogging contest. The incident reportedly happened during a festivity in the eastern part of the country. In the trending footage, the young man and the masquerade can be seen flogging each other in the middle of the road as villagers gathered to be entertained. The crowd shouted at the sounds of the hot lashes during the flogging battle. However, the man and the masquerade were later stopped when it appeared the contest wanted to get out of hand. Other villagers who were brave enough also engaged themselves in a flogging battle to see who will get tired. Watch the video below:
  6. A family has raised an alarm following the ‘disappearance’ of a young girl in Sapele area of Delta state. It was learnt the the girl identified as Blessing Ogwara vanished from her home since Saturday with an undisclosed amount of money and is believed to have eloped with a young man named Ekpo Rank. According to journalist Sapele Oghenek, the girl’s mother has reported the case to the police as a search has been launched both offline and online to locate her. Members of the public are advised to report to the police or appropriate authorities if the girl or boy in the picture is seen anywhere.
  7. This is very unfortunate. A young boy was abandoned by his parents after being accused of witchcraft in Delta state. According to reports, the boy who is believed to less than eight years old was sent away from his home after the parents alleged that he’s the cause of their problems. Help recently came the way of the boy who has been sleeping in the street and fending for himself since December. The boy was rescued from the street and taken to the police station by a well meaning Nigerian who was touched by his pathetic condition. He was later taken to the hospital and cleaned up before being transferred to an orphanage home where he currently is.
  8. A woman claims she has been put her off sex toys for life after she was burned by an exploding vibrator. Cassie Esplin, 25, was just about to use her Buzz Tongue Finger Vibrator when she claims the battery pack flew out with such force it hit the bedroom ceiling. She claims the battery – which appears to have corroded – then landed on her top, scorching her jumper and leaving a mark on her chest. Cassie said she felt like she had been punched and the metal missile left a black mark on her bedroom ceiling. The car dealership worker, from Norwich, said: “I was going to try if for the first time and it made a really loud bang. I just froze. I was so shocked. “I just thought ‘oh my god what has just happened’. I was holding it close to my face and it could have hit my eyes. I could have been blinded by a £4 sex toy. “Thank god I wasn’t using it. It could have caused some damage. I jumped out of my skin. I was in so much shock.” Cassie bought her new sex toy – reduced from £12 to £4 in the January sales – from the Lovehoney.co.uk adult toys and lingerie website. She has used toys before and said she chose this one on the recommendation of a friend. It was delivered to her in the post on December 8 and came with the battery she claims “exploded” when she tried it out that night. It happened when she was in her bedroom alone and minutes away from testing out her vibrator for the first time, she claims. But she says she is now “too scared” and may well be put off for having fun with toys for life.

  10. A Facebook user identified as Ujuamara David Paul, has taken to the social networking platform to share some photos while revealing how she serves food to her husband in their home. The beautiful young lady whose photos show how she kneels and places a dish of food to serve her husband encouraged other ladies to use her method to serve their boyfriends who they plan to marry, as well as the married ones in a bid to keep a happy home. She posted the photos wrote: “To those my brothers/friends that are not yet married if she does not serve you food like this she’s not a WIFE MATERIAL. “To those my sisters/friends that are not married yet, if you cannot serve him food like this you’re not a wife material and to those sisters/friends of mine that are married if you cannot serve him food like this you better go and look for where you left your wife materialism, y’all MUST use your back as a dinning table…..ah!
